To assist us in maintaining and improving our quality we have a Sheffield RS 150 CMM. The machine is available to assist our customers with all of their metrology needs. We have a capacity of 48 in x 80 in x 40 in (1,200mm X 2,000mm X 1,000mm) Machine is fully equipped with Renishaw PH10M/TP2 probing system and Wenzel WPC2030 Controller.
With a 6,000 lb load limit we can inspect entire dies on our CMM. Reverse engineering large details or entire dies can be easily accomplished. Reverse engineering broken dies or details can expedite repair or manufacturing replacement details.
